1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is GS Equestrian & Country (Goldstar Leisure Ltd), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Courtenay House, Pynes Hill, Exeter, England, EX2 5AZ ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.
2.2 Employees of GS Equestrian & Country, its associated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and may require proof of age, identity, and residency.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion runs from 17:00 on Friday 10 July 2026 to 23:59 on Monday 13 July 2026 inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3.2 Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
4.1 All eligible orders placed via www.gsequestrian.co.uk during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
4.2 One entry per completed order.
4.3 Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded (in full or in part), or identified as fraudulent will be excluded from the draw.
4.4 No minimum spend unless otherwise stated.
5. The Prize
5.1 One winner will receive an e-gift card equivalent to the total value of their qualifying order, up to a maximum of £500.
5.2 If the value of the winning order exceeds £500, the prize will be capped at £500.
5.3 The prize will be issued as a GS Equestrian & Country e-gift card.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.5 The e-gift card is subject to the Promoter's standard terms of use, including any expiry period.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
6.2 The draw will include only orders that meet all eligibility criteria.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout within 14 days of the draw.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 The prize will be issued as an e-gift card and delivered electronically to the winner's email address.
8.2 The e-gift card will be sent within 7 days of the winner successfully claiming the prize.
9. Publicity
9.1 The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity (e.g. name and county announcement on website or social media).
9.2 The winner may object to this by contacting the Promoter.

10.2 Data will be used solely for administering the promotion unless consent is given for marketing.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for orders not successfully completed due to technical issues, payment failures, or system errors.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
12.2 The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
12.3 These terms are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Winner Information
13.1 The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by emailing support@gsequestrian.com within 30 days of the closing date.
13.2 If the winner objects to their details being published, they should inform the Promoter. The Promoter may still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
